Overview
The Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, has launched APNI ZAMEEN APNA GHAR PROGRAM, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at providing free land to poor and homeless individuals across the province. This scheme aligns with the CM’s vision of “Housing for All”, ensuring that deserving citizens have access to secure housing. Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency is executing Agency and Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department (HUD&PHED) is administrative department for this program.
Project Details
- Under this initiative, 3-marla residential plots will be provided free of cost to eligible beneficiaries.
- The program will be rolled out in phases, with the first phase covering 1,892 plots across 23 schemes in 19 districts.
- The initiative will provide relief to homeless individuals, ensuring land ownership for the underprivileged.

Attock, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Jhang, Jhelum, Kasur, Khushab, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Baha-Ud-Din, Okara, Rajanpur, Sahiwal, Sargodha, and Vehari.
Eligibility Criteria
1) Applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab as per valid CNIC.
2) Applications are only allowed for schemes within the applicant’s district.
3) The applicant, their spouse, or dependent children must not own any plot or house anywhere in Pakistan.
4) Applicant has clean criminal record.
5) The applicant must not be a defaulter of any bank or financial institution.
6) Applicants should ensure the accuracy of provided information, as false declarations may lead to disqualification.
How to Apply
- Visit the Portal – Go to the official AZAG application portal.
- Register/Login – Create a new account or log in if already registered.
- Fill Application Form – Provide personal details, income information, and required documents.
- Upload Documents – Attach scanned copies of necessary documents.
- Review & Submit – Check all details for accuracy and submit the application.
- Track Status – Use the portal to monitor application progress and updates.
